| Description | This article strives to formulate characteristic traits of the Czechoslovak criminal proceedings before the year 1990. It deals with the following traits: stability of the legal regulation; monocodification; coherence of the regulation and its basic principles; regularity of the proceedings; "strong" position of the preparatory proceedings; asymmetry in the relation defense - bodies active in the criminal proceedings; subordination of secondary procedural relations to the primary one. The article describes and analyses each of these traits. |
