| Description | The commentary provides a comprehensive interpretation of the new Act No. 250/2016 Coll., on liability for misdemeanors and proceedings on them. The authors of the book capitalized first experiences with the functioning of the new regulation, formulated answers to the questions posed by the practice, and chose from the previous case-law decisions that would be applicable also when applying the new legislation.
