Citation
Description In the first half of the 20th century the criticism began in many humanities of increasing technological progression. One of the main reasons for this critical stance was the increasing negative influence that technologization had (and still has) on human life. This paper will try to reflect this with regard to the ways of the technologization of life understood by Gasset. In the main work of this thinker we can find interfaces in the area of the critique of technologies, and furthermore the increasingly mass character of man´s way of life. Strong inspiration can also be found in Heidegger´s thinking. The aim is to analyse the influence of existential self-surrounding by technologies on man´s existential character.
