| Description | In this contribution the authors cover current topic of Islamic phobia which interrests not just general public, but mainly criminal lawyers, criminalists as well as forensics. It is so because this new phenomenon provides new branch of criminality - terrorism based on Islamic phobia which demands new approaches to this type of criminality including investigation, covering of motive and social background of the suspect. |
