Description This article focuses on the topic of ECHR’s requirements on wiretapping in terrorism related cases. First, it describes the international regulation both on wiretapping and on fighting terrorism to show a certain tension, then it presents currently applicable case law of the ECHR on wiretapping in general and particularly in terrorism cases and analyses its outcomes.
