Cerebral venous thromboses in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia – a multicentre study from the Czech Pediatric Hematology Working Group

• Description: Retrospective analysis of the central database was performed to determine the frequency of CSVT in pediatric ALL in The Czech Republic. This analysis was aimed at Protocol ALL AIEOP BFM 2009 performed in the period from 1.12.2010 till 31.12.2016 in 8 Czech pediatric hematology or hemato-oncology centers where acute lymphoblastic leukemia was diagnosed and treated. The results correspond with the published frequency of CSVT. Due to the high quality care the results were favorable. None of the patients deceased nor had suffered severe neurologic sequelae.
