| Description | Synthesis of the history of Moravia offers a complete picture of society in Moravia since mid-18th century to the beginning of the 20th century. The selected period captures continuity in modern time development in Central Europe, starting with Theresian reforms and ending with World War I. It covers all significant processes that accompanied transition from late feudal structures to modern civil society. The synthesis combines narrative and explicative strategies, history of events and history of social and mentality structures, and comprises political, social and cultural phenomena. |
