| Description | This paper deals with the issue of buildings on foreign land under the new legal regulation from 1 January 2014. It deals with the new legal principle superficies solo cedit (the building is a part of the land) and analyzes the problems associated with it. It also offers a legal solutions of situations where the builder wants to build on the foreign land - in some cases this building will be part of the land on which it was built (and belongs to the owner of the land) and in others not. |
