| Description | Criminal procedure code contitute right to criminal proceeding bodies to seize things, money, money on accounts and real estate, in fact all property values if it is necesaire for fin-ding whether crime were commited. Body performs seizure by taking over the thing or by blocking transactions on the accounts. Currently the new phenomenon has emerged, it is called cryptocurrency and constitute main question: Is it posible to seize these crypto-curencyes by the institutes which are alredy known by criminal procedure code? The authors of the paper are trying to find out the answer on the mentioned question and come up with possible solutions. |
