| Description | The author first generally describes the concept of online platforms and highlights their problematic classification within current regulatory framework. Second, it analyses usually aggressive relation of the platforms to regulation and results it causes in a way of different approaches both by authorities and private persons. Third, the paper focuses on the Uber app, while critically analyses mainly the CJEU’s decision in the Uber Spain case. It assesses its potential negative impact to evolution of sharing economy. |
