| Description | There are two (resp. three) very different drafts of laws related to the issue of same-sex unions, which are discussed by Deputies at the Chamber of Deputies of Parliament of the Czech Republic. The Czech Republic is at the European "rainbow crossroads" and it is supposed to be decided which of the trends among the EU-members will be followed. The current tedndecies in the case-law of the Constitutional Court, ECHR and CJEU have to be taken into account. |
