| Description | The paper deals with very current and much-discussed issue of the legal nature of the medical certificate on the employees (un)fitness for work, issued by the doctor active in occupational health services, and of the decision of administrative body by which these certificates are reviewed. First (general) part of the paper focuses on the definition of the medical fitness for work, its assessment and labor consequences of unfitness. The second part deals with recent changes of certificates legal nature and with the criticism of current situation. |
