| Description | The methodical publication (e-course) introduces the signification and possibilities how to involve aerobics into the lecturing process in kindergartens and basic schools. The introductory chapters of the publication focus on the characteristics of children´s aerobics, age periods and locomotor development in children of pre-school and young school age. The following chapters introduce the lecture arrangement including a practical knowledge about how to lecture children, motivational terminology, basic steps, gymnastics conditioning including samples of lectures. |
