| Description | The basic prerequisite for the application of the unified EU legislation contained in the Matrimonial Property Regulation is the interpretation of the term “matrimonial property regimes”, which should be autonomous. Even there is no unified definition in EU law, the interpretation of this concept can be based on the existing case law of the Court of Justice of the EU and other related documents. |
