| Description | The paper deals with the latest amendment to the Building Act, which was approved in June 2017 and significantly affects the processes not only of building permits, but also of putting buildings into use, respectively. permitting the use of buildings. The article is focused on selected institutes of the amendment to the Building Act, which are connected with the final building approval of water works. The individual institutes and forms of occupancy approval are briefly characterized and their contribution to the builders and owners of hydraulic structures is described. |
