| Description | This article deals with issue of possibility of using of intelligence interception used by Intelligent services of Czech Republic as an evidence in criminal proceeding. Furthermore, it deals with decision of Constitutional court, which excludes the possibility of using of intelligence interception. Thereafter it describes contemporary development, which is heading to legislative solution, which should admit this possibility. |
