| Description | The paper presents a proposal for the implementation of chronic non-infectious diseases in the education of health education at primary schools in the Czech Republic. Health education, as a subject at secondary school in the Czech Republic, creates a suitable space for teaching the issue of prevention of chronic non-infectious diseases, but this topic is still a marginal or absent topic. For this reason, two methodological materials have been developed to help teachers integrate the issue into health education, improve the health literacy of pupils (and also parents) and, as a result, contribute to reducing the incidence of chronic non-infectious diseases in the population. The first methodical material We are not afraid of crayfish or health prevention is focused on cancer prevention, the second material Decide! or lifestyle to prevent other non-infectious diseases. |
