| Description | The contribution deals with the different status of the recipient of the subsidy in the review of his action by a violation of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On Public Procurement, in proceedings before the Office for the Protection of Competition pursuant to Act No. 500/2004 Coll., The Administrative Code, and the proceedings for deductions from the subsidy provider, respectively control body according to Act No. 280/2009 Coll., the Tax Code. Due to the different procedural rules applicable to the proceedings of the same action of the recipient of the subsidy, there are significant changes in its procedural status, respectively in the character of those proceedings, in particular with regard to the principles which affect them. |
