| Description | On 20 - 21 November 2014 the Faculty of Sports Studies hosted the first international scientific conference of economists and managers in sport - EMS 2014. The conference was attended by 54 participants from the 10 countries. More information about the program and the conference, visit the conference website http://ems2014.fsps.muni.cz/. Conference according to the evaluation of one of the key note speaker Prof. Leigh Robinson, Head of the School of Sport, University of Stirling, UK, reached a high level, which is comparable to that already established conferences in the field of sports management in the world. Conference organizers Department of Social Sciences and Sport Management, Faculty of Sport Studies and ČASEM (Czech Association of Sports Economists and managers) have already begun preparations for the EMS conference in 2015. |
