Description Chromian mica – quartz – dolomite rock (listvenite) was found at margin of amphibolite body in Vícenice near Náměšť nad Oslavou (Gföhl Unit, Moldanubian Zone, Czech Republic). It is composed by green chromian mica – illite (7.9–8.7 wt. % K2O; 0.66–0.72 apfu K; 1.7–2.5 wt. % Cr2O3; 0.09–0.13 apfu Cr3+), ferroan dolomite (5.6–14.2 wt. % FeO; 0.15–0.32 apfu Fe2+tot), quartz, and accessory pyrite, nickeline, gersdorffite and chalcopyrite. Listvenite was formed by hydrothermal-metasomatic, low-temperature transformation of mafic protolite (amphibolite), probably metagabbro with relatively higher Cr a Ni contents.
