| Description | The text focuses in its first part on general comments on employment law relationship within labour-law regulations as well as on stating elementary matters of fact leading to its existence. The second part deals subsequently with the concept of so-called factual employment law relationship, which mostly the civil courts decision making practice operates with. The object of this contribution is a brief consideration, whether or not the factual employment law relationship has been defined correctly and the Czech legal order needs such concept at all. |
