| Description | The impact of a digitalisation may be seen, among others, in the area of copyright law, especially concerning the increasing use of artificial intelligence and its potential. In many cases, artificial intelligence is an integral part of the creative process resulting in copyrighted works. One of the problematic aspects is the access of such artificial intelligence to the already existing works used for „learning” the artificial intelligence, i.e. the use of such works, which may theoretically be a copyright infringement. In this context, the paper maps the institute of the use of the work in its copyright sense and discusses the impact of digitalisation in this area. |
