Description Increasing lifespan meneans increasing number of people with cognitive impairment. There is necessary to consider 1/3 of seniors above 80 years of age to have memory disturbances. Dementia is diagnosed in middle grade in most cases until now, but existing treatment is most effective, when started very early, ideály at stage of minimal cognitive impairment.
