| Description | Osteoporosis appearance is the result of genetic factors in addition with risks lasting since adolescent age. There is imrportant to improve the education of the common population about this disease and its basic preventive measures. Osteoporosis accelerates the loss of independence. This disease is multidisciplinary and in most cases abandoned. Increasing lifespan means increasing number of diseases accelerating the development of osteoporosis and complication its course. Last, but not least are medications influencing bone metabolism negatively. |
