| Description | Financial law in the Czech Republic is one of the traditional branches of law and a separate part of the legal science. The lecture explained its evolution, system, subject of regulation and methods of regulation. Furthermore, the influence of European Union law on the formation of financial law in the Czech Republic was clarified. The differences between financial law in socialist Czechoslovakia and the present Czech Republic were also clarified. |
