| Description | The aim of this paper is to analyze both the political and social context of the memorials and festivities that commemorated the anniversaries of the historical arrival of the Croats to south Moravia. Studying these materials provides background for understanding the complex social reality, which was traditionally interpreted only through the prism of ethnic tensions between the dominatant national programs of the Czechs and south-Moravian Germans. |
