| Description | Discrimination of persons with hearing impairment is not much discussed. The hearing impairment, unlike others, is not seen at first sight. Moreover, the majority society does not have much information about it. Therefore, as a deaf person, I have decided to find out the situation of people with hearing disabilities in recruitment in the Czech Republic. |
