| Description | The issue described above is a topic that will never be completely exhausted, because each time brings with it certain trends that can change society's attitude to punishment as such, to its purpose and to the types of individual punishments or their amounts. The purpose of punishment is on a theoretical level, it is a relatively comprehensive topic that they have been working on since time immemorial expert discussion. For this reason, even this article could not provide a clear answer and a definitive theory, although it was within his power to describe the development of opinion on the given topic and the main ones theories adopted into contemporary science. |
