| Description | The article deals with the transition theory – from negative extrinsic motivation to positive intrinsic motivation. Its aim is to categorize motivation on the basis of methodological assumptions of inductive and abductive logic through an extensive research. Based on these facts it will be possible to create the above-mentioned theory. |
