| Description | Human rights arose on the basis of many important ideas and historical events such as protection of the individual against the sovereign, or public power. They therefore have a public law nature and are part of public law. Nevertheless, it subsequently began to be applied in the private sector as well right. We are talking about the so-called horizontal effect of human rights, which can influence the form of private law and with which private law must deal. |
