| Description | One of the most comprehensive and significant amendments to TOPO was the amendment implemented by Act No. 183/2016 Coll., Which came into effect on 01.12.2016. This amendment, in addition to the cardinal intervention in the structure of TOPO as a whole, consists of an amendment to Section 7, where a negative list, ie a list containing such offenses that a legal entity cannot commit, has been created from the existing positive list of offenses it also introduced the possibility of developing a legal person from its criminal responsibility. |
