Description Moravian Karst is a large flat continuous karst area with all underground and surface karst phenomena with typical development in this country face an average altitude of 500 m n. M. (97 km2). From these points of view it is unparalleled not only in our country but also in the whole Central Europe, it is exceptional in terms of its development in the landscape, it is the most important karst area. lthough the Moravian Karst forms one continuous area, its geological development has not been the same everywhere and is therefore divided into three basic units: the northern, central and southern parts. In addition to this division, we can also make a division in terms of the importance of its economic use by man.
