| Description | The articles discussed the results of the supervisory activity of the regional accounting chambers regarding the resolutions of the municipal bodies that were adopted based on the provisions of the Act of 13.09.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities in the wording granted to them on 07.07.2019 on the amendment to the act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities and some other acts, in the scope of these of its provisions, which entered into force on 6/09/2019 and 1/01/2020. The study covers the effects of examining the legality of resolutions adopted by the decision-making bodies of primary level local government units and associations of municipalities created to carry out tasks in the area of maintaining cleanliness and order in communes in the period from 6.09 .2019. The data constituting the basis of this study illustrate the results of the supervisory activities of regional accounting chambers as at 31.01.2020. |
