| Description | The author of submitted article reacts to amendment of the Czech Criminal Code provided by the Act no. 455/2016 Coll., that has brought i.a. separated bodies of crimes of terrorist character, including also felony of Support and Propagation of Terrorism regulated in the Section 312e par. 1 Criminal Code. Source of considerable controversy that can raise questions in current application practice is its qualified body of crime stipulated in the Section 312e par. 4 letter a) Criminal Code sanctioning incitement and approval of terrorist criminal offence committed i.a. via publicly accessible computer network (internet) with penalty rate from 5 up to 15 years of imprisonment. Thus, the aim of presented article is to contemplate on legitimacy of mentioned legal regulation and possible application problems. |
