| Description | The article deals with the reasons why the extraordinary measures of the Ministry of Health were canceled by the judgment of the Municipal Court in Prague in 23 April 2020. The article offers an argument according to which the canceled extraordinary measures cannot be considered measures of a general nature, although as such they may be subject to judicial review. |
