| Description | This chapter deals with some issues of perfomance of evidence by reading of a transcript on the testimony of a witness instead of interrogation of a witness according legal regulation, both present (Section 211 od CCP) and suggested in a draft of a new Code of Criminal Procedure and offers some pieces of information about selected foreign legal regulation, all of them namely from the point of the view of defence counsel. |
