| Description | The "Recommendations for the education of social workersö professional guidelines contain empirically substantiated recommendations for the expansion of the "Minimum standard of education in [the field of] social workö of the Association of Educators in Social Work in terms of supporting graduate prerequisites for the application of the situational approach through qualification-based and further education in the field of social work. The recommendations are intended for the purposes of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic, and are based on an empirical knowledge of the prerequisites for the application of the situational approach in the personal approaches of selected, practicing social workers that was obtained through the conducting of qualitative and quantitative research as part of the "Research of the attractiveness of social work for secondary, college and university students; the competences and personality prerequisites necessary for the performance of social workö project. |
