| Description | The article reacts to my speech on International Scientific Conference Labour Law 2018 held in Třešť since 10th October to 12th October 2018, which dealt with current issues of new sickness insurance benefits. The main attention is focused on Fathers Post-Natal Care and Long-term attendance allowance as new sickness insurance benefits. It also describes conditions of entitlement and granted. The basis will be highlighted with the specificities of these new benefits, which will be demonstrated in the examples. |
