| Description | The article deals with the settlement of the joint property of the spouses, specifically the issue of the court decision on the disparity of the spouses' shares. The author responds to the fact that disparity is not often acknowledged by the courts, which only happens in extreme cases. The author presents his opinion on the circumstances under which the principle of parity should be broken more often, especially in cases of excessive merit of one of the spouses for the acquisition of family property, which is not compensated by care about the family household of the second spouse. |
