| Description | The chapter analyses the new phenomenon of the proliferation of photography and picture documentation of personal, intimate, character in online space. First, it offers the overview of terminology of concepts typically used in media (such as revenge porn), and which might stigmatize the victims. Next, it discusses which forms of societal behaviour are nonconsensual spread or creation of private material,whether they qualify as sexual harassment and how the Czech legal rules are able to address these. Finally, the chapter reflects on the role of Czech courts in filling in the gaps in discourse governed by media and public. |
