| Description | One of the dimensions of liability for damage in the exercise of public authority is also liability for violations of personal freedom by public authorities. In general, this issue is reflected in domestic literature. The paper presents several (rather theoretical) notes on selected aspects of the regulation in the Act on Liability for Damage Caused in the Exercise of Public Power by Decision or Maladministration. |
