| Description | My article deals with the crime of Murder. I am concerned about this crime from the practical point of view, therefore in this article I talk about four criminal cases which I encountered during my work experience as a criminal judge’s assistant. I describe all these four cases from the beginning of prosecution to the verdict of Supreme court, if available. In three of these cases there were some changes in legal classification of the act, however, all these acts were classified by the state prosecutor as a crime of Murder. The goal of my article is to try to find a border between the crime of Murder and other similar crimes. The fourth case was chosen by reason of the question of proportionality of imposed sentence. |
