| Description | This paper aims to approximate and analyse the reasons of the currency reform that took place in 1953 in communist Czechoslovakia, as well as to de-scribe its legal and technical aspects. The basis of the study will be legal-dogmatic and historical-legal analyses of legal acts introduced during the imple-mentation of the reform and other government documents. |
