| Description | The state's participation in a business corporation does not change the legal standards of duty of care for members of the bodies. The state as a partner is legaly obliged to comply with the duty of loyalty to a business corporation as well. The influence of the state in a capital company cannot be a surrogate for quasi-regulation. |
