| Description | The article deals with the problematics of bequest if individual things which are not listed in public registers, especially the way and time of their acquisition (§ 1621 and 1624 CzCC), and repudiation of bequest (§ 1623 CzCC). It suggests the interpretation of bequest as per vindicationem and new (although stemming from history) interpretation based on the acceptance of bequest. |
