| Description | In this chapter we describe the methodology of qualitative research of mediation practice from the point of view of key actors (registered mediators, lawyers, and judges). We focus on the research questions, the research objectives and the method used we also acquaint with the design of the case sample, as well as the methodology of collecting and analysing qualitative data based on data analysis and interpretation (semi-structured interview, grounded theory). |
