| Description | The authors of this monograph presented some of the outcomes of their research, in which they aimed at identifying and outlining the core legal and economic aspects of financial assistance funds (the so-called rescue funds) EFSM, EFSF and ESM so that these funds could be organized within the system of financial law. In other words, the authors tried to outline the legal-economic nature of the funds so that that these funds could by properly grasped and further analyzed by the theory of financial law. |
