| Description | The paper deals with the ongoing recodification of building law and related environmental protection in the Czech Republic. The aim of the paper is to present selected planned changes in construction law, to present critical views on these intended changes and to evaluate their possible impacts on the environmental. The paper will describe and evaluate the planned changes in the system of building administration bodies, the institute of planning contracts and change in public participation. |
