| Description | The article deals with the most fundamental changes in the competence and powers of public administration bodies active in the spatial planning proceedings and realizations of the projects proceedings under the draft of the new Building Act, with a focus on ensuring environmental protection. At the same time, the work critically evaluates the institutional changes in question, not only in connection with the now effective legislation, ie Act No. 183/2006 Coll., On Spatial Planning and Building Regulations (Building Act), but also in terms of changes of the intended recodification over time. The content of the article also includes a critical assessment of whether the planned institutional changes can really speed up and clarify public construction law processes related to environmental protection. |
