| Description | The institute of a third-party intervention is the content of three paragraphs of § 93 of Act no. No. 99/1963 Coll., Code of Civil Procedure. This modest piece of legislation may lead to the idea that this is a marginal area of civil procedural law. The aim of this article is to show that this is far from the case, as even simple legal provisions can be developed by rich case law and the topic of professional articles. For historical and quite practical reasons, this text also discusses third-party ntervention in comparison with Austrian civil procedure law. |
